A kollégiumból 2026. július 3. péntek 12 óráig kell kiköltözni a gazdasági irodában. A kiköltözés és a nyári átköltözés pontos menetét az alábbiakban olvashatják:
A kollégiumból való kiköltözés menete:
- A portákon található leszerelési lapot (A épületi lakók A portán, B/C épületi lakók B/C portán) fel kell venni, majd olvashatóan ki kell tölteni azt (név, szobaszám, Neptun kód).
- A gazdasági irodában történő kiköltözést megelőzően azonban a szobát hivatalosan, leltár szerint át kell vennie az ügyeletes kollégiumi nevelőnek. Ezt a kiköltözését megelőző(!) napon 17-22 óra között kell elvégeznie az ügyeletes nevelővel. Az ügyeletes nevelő elérhetőségét a portákon megtalálják, de kérésre a portákról telefonon értesítik.
- Kiköltözni, csak nevelő által aláírt leszerelő lap birtokában lehet a gazdasági irodában, nyitvatartási időben, vagyis hétfőtől csütörtökig 8-15 óra között, pénteken 8-12 óra között.
Nyári kollégiumba történő átköltözés:
- A nyári szobabeosztás 2026. június 30-án kedden az A épületi porta melletti kollégiumi hirdetőtáblán lesz megtekinthető. A nyári kollégiumi férőhelyekre kizárólag ezt követően van lehetőség átköltözni!
- Minden nyári átköltözőnek a kiköltözési procedúrát (szobaleltár) végig kell csinálnia, abban az esetben is, ha a saját szobájában marad nyárra.
- Amennyiben új szobába kell a nyáron átköltözni, arra csak akkor van lehetőség, ha van üres férőhely a szobában. Előfordulhat, hogy onnan csak pénteken költöznek ki, tehát csak aznap van lehetőség átköltözni.
- A nyári szobajelentkezésről és annak pontos menetéről a KDB később ad tájékoztatást a Neptunban regisztrált email címükre.
- Amennyiben nyáron másik szobába költözik, a leendő szobája tűzkulcsát a régi szoba átadását megelőzően kell felvennie a gazdasági irodában, amennyiben onnan már az előző lakó kiköltözött.
Általános információk:
- Amennyiben a szobaleltárból valami hiányzik, vagy a szoba lakóinak hibáiból rongálódott, annak költségeit a lakószoba lakóinak kell megtéríteni.
- A szobából utolsóként kiköltöző hallgató köteles a szobát eredeti állapotában, bútorokat visszarendezve, kitakarítva átadni a kollégiumi nevelőnek. Azokat a szobákat, melyeket nem takarítottak ki, a kollégiumi nevelők nem veszik át.
- A kollégiumban a nyár folyamán csomag megőrzésre nincs lehetőség.
- A kiköltözés után a szobákban hagyott tárgyakért a kollégium felelősséget nem vállal.
- Az elektronikus kollégiumi belépőkártyájukat a nyár folyamán őrizzék meg, hiszen azt a következő évben is használni fogják.
- Azon hallgatók, akik a megadott határidőig nem költöznek ki a kollégiumból és nem jogosultak nyári kollégiumra, napi 4500 Ft-os különeljárási díjat kötelesek fizetni, továbbá fegyelmi eljárás lefolytatása mellett elveszthetik következő évi és/vagy nyári kollégiumi férőhelyüket! A szobában hagyott tárgyakért a kollégium semmilyen felelősséget nem vállal, azokat 2026. július 3. 12 óra után a szobából eltávolítjuk!

You must move out from the dormitory in the dormitory’s Financial Office until 3rd July 2026, Friday 12 pm. You can read the order of moving out or moving to the summer dormitory below.
The order of moving out from the dormitory:
- Take a releasing sheet from the reception (residents of building “A” at the reception “A”, resident of building “B” or “C” at the reception “B/C”) and fill out the header ont he sheet (room number, name, Neptun code).
- One the day before you move out, the dormitory inspector on duty must officially take back the room and its inventory. You must arrange it with the inspector on duty by phone (the name and phone number of the actual inspector can be found on the reception window) one day before (!) moving out, between 5 PM to 10 PM.
- On the day of moving out, you must visit the Financial Office in possession of your keys and the releasing sheet signed by the inspector. The Financial Office is open between 8 AM to 11 AM and 1 PM to 3 PM from Monday to Thursday. On Friday, the office is open between 8 AM and 12, noon.
Moving to the summer dormitory:
- The summer room assignment will be available on the information board next to the reception of building “A” from 30th July 2026, Tuesday. You can move to the summer dormitory places only after the announcement, personally!
- You must go through the proceedings of moving out (room inventory check) even if you are staying in the same room for the summer.
- In case you must move into another room for the summer, you can do it only if there is an empty place in that room. It is possible that they will move out from there only on Friday, so you might be able to move only on that day.
- You will be informed about the summer room requests and its order soon by the Student Committee at your e-mail address registered in the Neptun.
- If you are moving into another room for the summer and the previous resident has already moved out, you must take the emergency key of your future room in the Financial Office before returning the old room.
General information:
- In case of any missing inventory items, or if there is a damage in the room because of the fault of its residents, the residents of the room must pay for the damages.
- The last person moving out from the room must return it to the dormitory inspector in its original state, with the furniture moved back and cleaned. The inspectors will not take back the rooms that were not cleaned properly.
- Luggage storing is not possible in the dormitory during the summer.
- The dormitory does not take any responsibility for the items left in the rooms after moving out.
- Those students who do not move out from the dormitory until the given deadline and are not entitled to the summer dormitory, must pay 4.500 HUF per day as a special proceedings fee and might lose their dormitory place for the summer and the next year in a disciplinary proceeding. The dormitory does not take any responsibility for personal belongings left in the room, they will be removed from the room after 12:00 on July 3rd, 2026!
