Tisztelt Kollégisták!
A kollégiumból 2023. július 14. péntek 12 óráig kell kiköltözni a gazdasági irodában. A kiköltözés és a nyári átköltözés pontos menetét az alábbiakban olvashatják:
A kollégiumból való kiköltözés menete:
- A portákon található leszerelési lapot (A épületi lakók A portán, B/C épületi lakók C portán) fel kell venni, majd olvashatóan ki kell tölteni azt (név, szobaszám, Neptun kód).
- A leszerelési lappal felkeresi a kollégium könyvtárát, ahol a könyvtáros igazolja, hogy könyvtartozása nincs.
- A gazdasági irodában történő kiköltözést megelőzően azonban a szobát hivatalosan, leltár szerint át kell vennie az ügyeletes kollégiumi nevelőnek. Ezt a kiköltözését megelőző(!) napon 17-22 óra között kell elvégeznie az ügyeletes nevelővel. Az ügyeletes nevelő elérhetőségét a portákon megtalálják, de kérésre az A portáról telefonon értesítik.
- Kiköltözni, csak nevelő és a könyvtáros által aláírt leszerelő lap birtokában lehet a gazdasági irodában, nyitvatartási időben, vagyis hétfőtől csütörtökig 8-15 óra között, pénteken 8-12 óra között.
Nyári kollégiumba történő átköltözés:
- A nyári szoba beosztás 2023. július 11.-én kedden az A-épület porta melletti kollégiumi hirdető táblán lesz megtekinthető. A nyári kollégiumi férőhelyekre kizárólag ezt követően van lehetőség átköltözni!
- Minden nyári átköltözőnek a kiköltözési procedúrát (könyvtár, szobaleltár) végig kell csinálnia, abban az esetben is, ha a saját szobájában marad nyárra.
- Amennyiben új szobába kell a nyáron átköltözni, arra csak akkor van lehetőség, ha van üres férőhely a szobában. Előfordulhat, hogy onnan csak pénteken költöznek ki, tehát csak aznap van lehetőség átköltözni.
- A nyári szobajelentkezésről és annak pontos menetéről a KDB később ad tájékoztatást a neptunban regisztrált email címükre.
- Amennyiben nyáron másik szobába költözik, a leendő szobája tűzkulcsát a régi szoba átadását megelőzően kell felvennie a gazdasági irodában, amennyiben onnan már az előző lakó kiköltözött.
Általános információk:
- Amennyiben a szoba leltárból valami hiányzik, vagy a szoba lakóinak hibáiból rongálódott, annak költségeit a lakószoba lakóinak kell megtéríteni.
- A szobából utolsóként kiköltöző hallgató köteles a szobát eredeti állapotában, bútorokat visszarendezve, kitakarítva átadni a kollégiumi nevelőnek. Azokat a szobákat, melyeket nem takarítottak ki, a kollégiumi nevelők nem veszik át.
- A kollégiumban a nyár folyamán csomag megőrzésre nincs lehetőség.
- A kiköltözés után a szobákban hagyott tárgyakért a kollégium felelősséget nem vállal.
- Az elektronikus kollégiumi belépő kártyájukat a nyár folyamán őrizzék meg, hiszen az a következő évben is használni fogják.
- Azon hallgatók, akik a megadott határidőig nem költöznek ki a kollégiumból és nem jogosultak nyári kollégiumra, napi 3500 Ft-os külön eljárási díjat kötelesek fizetni. A szobában hagyott tárgyaikat a kollégium 2023. július 14. 12 órát követően raktárba helyezi. Továbbá fegyelmi eljárás lefolytatása mellett elvesztheti következő évi és/vagy nyári kollégiumi férőhelyét!

You must move out from the dormitory in the dormitory’s Financial Office until 14 July 2023, Friday 12 pm. You can read the order of moving out or moving to the summer dormitory below.
The order of moving out from the dormitory:
- Take the releasing sheet from the reception (residents of building “A” at the reception “A”, resident of building “B” or “C” at the reception “C”), then fill it (name, room number, Neptun code).
- Bring the releasing sheet to the dormitory’s library where the librarian will prove that you do not owe any book.
- The dormitory inspector on duty must officially take back the room and its inventory on the day before moving out in the Financial Office. You must arrange it with the inspector on duty on the day before (!) moving out, between 17:00-22:00.
- You can move out only if possess the releasing sheet completed with the signatures of the inspector on duty and the librarian, in the Financial Office within the office hours, on Monday-Thursday between 8-11 and 13-15, on Friday between 8-12.
Moving to the summer dormitory:
- The summer room assignment will be available on the information board next to the reception of building “A” from 11th July 2023, Tuesday.
- You can move to the summer dormitory places only then and in person!
- Every student must go through the proceedings of moving out (library, room inventory) even if you are staying in the same room for the summer.
- In case you must move into a new room for the summer, you can do it only if there is an empty place in that room. It is possible that they will move out from there only on Friday, so you can move only on that day.
- You will be informed about the summer room requests and its order later, at your e-mail address registered in the Neptun.
- If you are moving into another room for the summer and the previous resident has already moved out, you must take the fire key of your future room in the Financial Office before returning the old room.
General information:
- In case of any missing inventory items, or if there is a damage in the room because of the fault of its residents, the residents of the room must pay for the damages.
- The last person moving out from the room must return it to the dormitory inspector in its original state, with the furniture moved back and cleaned. The inspectors will not take back the rooms that were not cleaned properly.
- Luggage storing is not possible in the dormitory during the summer.
- The dormitory does not take any responsibility for the items left in the rooms after moving out.
- Those students who do not move out from the dormitory until the given deadline and are not entitled to the summer dormitory, must pay 3.500 HUF per day as a special proceedings fee, and the dormitory will place your items left in the rooms into storage rooms after 14 July 2023, 12 pm. And you can lose your dormitory place for the summer and the next year in a disciplinary proceeding.
