Tisztelt Kollégisták! (English text below)
Az alábbiakban olvashatják a nyár végi kiköltözés és átköltözés pontos menetrendjét:
Azon nyári bentlakóknak, akik nem, vagy nem a KCSSK-ba nyertek felvételt a 2022/2023-as tanévre 2022. augusztus 31. szerda 15 óráig kell a kollégiumból kiköltözniük.
A kollégiumból történő kiköltözés menete:
- A portákon található leszerelési lapot (A épületi lakók A portán, B/C épületi lakók C portán) fel kell venni, majd ki kell tölteni annak fejlécét (név, szobaszám, Neptun kód).
- A Gazdasági Irodában történő kiköltözést megelőzően a szobát hivatalosan, leltár szerint át kell vennie az ügyeletes nevelőnek. Ezt a kiköltözését megelőző(!) napon 17-22 óra között kell elvégeznie az ügyeletes nevelővel. A nevelők elérhetőségét a portákon megtalálják, de kérésre a portások fel is hívják őket telefonon.
- Kiköltözni, csak nevelő által aláírt leszerelő lap birtokában lehet a Gazdasági Irodában nyitvatartási időben, vagyis hétfőtől csütörtökig 8-11 és 13-15 óra között, pénteken 8-12 óra között.
- Abban az esetben, ha valaki 2022. augusztus 31. szerda 15 óráig nem költözik ki, a Kollégium a szobát kiüríti és napi 3500 Ft-os különeljárási díjat számol fel.
Azon nyári bentlakóknak, akik a Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Kollégiumba nyertek felvételt a következő tanévre, az átköltözést 2022. szeptember 1. csütörtök 8-18 óra, szeptember 2. péntek 8-18 óra között kell megtenniük az alábbiak szerint:
- A nyári kollégiumból a 2022/23-as kollégiumi ciklusra történő átköltözésre kizárólag 2022. szeptember 1. csütörtök 8-18 óra, szeptember 2. péntek 8-18 óra között van lehetőség a Lepényben.
- Az átköltözést megelőzően a szobát hivatalosan, leltár szerint át kell vennie az ügyeletes nevelőnek. Ezt az átköltözést megelőző(!) napon 17-22 óra között kell elvégeznie az ügyeletes nevelővel. A nevelők elérhetőségét a portákon megtalálják.
- Átköltözni, csak nevelő által aláírt leszerelő lap birtokában lehet a Lepényben a fent megadott időben.
- Minden átköltözőnek a fenti procedúrát végig kell csinálnia, abban az esetben is, ha ugyanabban a szobában marad.
- A szobajelentkezésről a Kollégiumi Diákbizottság később küld tájékoztatást a kollégisták Neptunban regisztrált email címére!
- Amennyiben másik szobába költözik, a leendő szobája kulcsát a régi szoba átadását követően kell felvennie a Lepényben, amennyiben onnan már az előző lakó kiköltözött.
Általános információk:
- Amennyiben a szobaleltárból valami hiányzik, vagy a szoba lakóinak hibáiból rongálódott, annak költségeit a lakószoba lakóinak kell megtéríteni.
- A szobából utolsóként kiköltöző hallgató köteles a szobát eredeti állapotában, bútorokat visszarendezve, kitakarítva átadni a kollégiumi nevelőnek. Azokat a szobákat, melyeket nem takarítottak ki, a kollégiumi nevelők nem veszik át.
- A kiköltözés után a szobákban hagyott tárgyakért a kollégium felelősséget nem vállal.
- Azon hallgatók, akik a megadott határidőig nem költöznek ki a kollégiumból, vagy át a számukra kijelölt férőhelyre, napi 3500 Ft-os különeljárási díjat kötelesek fizetni. A szobában hagyott tárgyaikat a kollégium raktárba helyezi, továbbá fegyelmi eljárás lefolytatása mellett elvesztheti következő évi kollégiumi férőhelyét!

Here are the guidelines for moving out of summer dormitory/moving in to the dormitory for the new 2022/2023/1 semester:
Those of you, who have not been admitted to the dormitory for the new semester/who have been admitted to another dormitory, must move out of the dormitory in the dormitory’s Financial Office until 31st August 2022, Wednesday 15 p.m.
The order of moving out of the summer dormitory:
– Pick up the releasing sheet (a.k.a. inventory paper) at the reception (residents of Building “A” at the Reception “A”, resident of Building “B” or “C” at the Reception “C”), then fill it with all the necessary personal data in the header (name, room number, Neptun ID).
– Bring the releasing sheet to the dormitory’s library where the librarian will prove that you do not owe any book.
– The dormitory inspector on duty should officially take back the room and its inventory on the day before moving out in the Financial Office. You must arrange it with the inspector on duty on the day before (!) moving out, between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
– You can move out only if you possess the releasing sheet signed by the inspector on duty and the librarian
– Bring the releasing sheet with you to the Financial Office within the office hours, on Monday-Thursday between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., on Friday between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
Moving in to the dormitory for the 2022/2023 autumn semester:
Those summer residents who have been admitted to the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Dormitory for the new 2022/2023 semester, should complete the moving-out – moving-in procedure on
1st September (Thursday), 2022, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
2nd September (Friday), 2021, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Venue: Lepény (opposite the Dormitory Pub)
The rules are the following:
– The dormitory inspector on duty should officially take back the room and its inventory on the day before moving out. You must arrange it with the inspector on duty on the day before (!) moving out, between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.
– You can move out only if you possess the releasing sheet signed by the inspector on duty and the librarian
– Every student must go through the procedure of moving out (library, room inventory) even if you are staying in the same room for the next semester.
– You will be informed about the room requests and its order by the Student Committee, later at your e-mail address registered in the Neptun.
– If you are moving into another room for the next semester and the previous resident has already moved out, you can take the key of your future room in „Lepény” after returning your former room’s key.
General information:
– In case of any missing inventory items, or if there is a damage in the room because of the fault of its residents, the residents of the room should pay for the damage.
– The last person moving out of the room should return it to the dormitory inspector in its original state, with the furniture moved back and cleaned. The inspectors will not take back the rooms that are not cleaned properly.
– Luggage storing is not possible in the dormitory during the semester. The dormitory does not take any responsibility for the items left in the rooms after moving out.
– Those students who do not move out from the dormitory until the given deadline and are not entitled to the next semester, must pay 3.500 HUF per day as a special proceedings fee. Additionally, you may lose your dormitory place for the next year due to a disciplinary proceeding.
